Vserv was founded in 2010 by two industry veterans, Dippak Khurana and Ashay Padwal, who together bring more than 30 + years of experience in the mobile and digital advertising space. Dippak Khurana, the co-founder & CEO is responsible for the company’s overall vision, strategy and execution while Ashay Padwal who is the co-founder & CTO spearheads the technology and product development function. The company is backed by Maverick Capital, IDG Ventures India and Epiphany Ventures and has offices across India and South East Asia.
Vserv has been awarded several notable awards like Mobby’s Best Progressive Digital Marketing Company, MMA Smarties “Media company of the Year” and the Red Herring Top 100. Vserv's AppWrapper™ platform has also won Best App Monetization Platform award at Mobby's and mBillionth Award South Asia.
