Glu reveals second-half mobile games line-up

Mixture of brands and own-IP for North America

Glu reveals second-half mobile games line-up
Glu has revealed its North American roadmap for the rest of the year, with a mixture of big brands and own-IP titles.

In total, 14 games are on the list. Ten are based on brands, while four are own-IP. Superman/Batman is shaping up as Glu's Christmas juggernaut, while the publisher will be hoping for big numbers from its second Transformers game, too.

It's interesting to see all the own-IP games coming out in the third quarter – is that the sweet spot for getting unbranded games to sell more?

Anyway, the list in full:

BRANDED GAMES

Ice Age: Mammoth Mayhem (July)

Transformers: G1 Awakening (September)

Family Feud (September)

Concentration (October)

DiRT (October)

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (October)

Deer Hunter 3 (November)

The Price Is Right (November)

Superman/Batman (December)

Bugs Bunny: Rabbit Rescue (December)

OWN-IP

Demolition Derby (July)

Vegas Hustler (August)

Hamster Mansion (August)

Brain Genius 2 (September)

Pocket Gamer's Jon Jordan is in New York for the launch, so we'll be carrying more details and previews of the games over on our consumer site.
