We're used to writing about UK publisher Astraware's games for Windows Mobile and Palm smartphones. However, now the company is training its sights on the Symbian market.
Its first title to make the leap is Astraware Boardgames, which is coming out for Series 60 3rd Edition and UIQ 3 smartphones.
It's a collection of eight boardgames, including Reversi, chess, backgammon, Ludo, checkers, Nine Men's Morris (no, us neither), Snakes and Ladders, and Tic-tac-toe.
There are three difficulty levels, multiplayer options, and a choice of rules to let you tweak the games to your heart's content.
The game costs $19.95 (around £10) from Astraware's website. We've been admirers of the company's games for some time, so it's good to see it targeting a wider audience with more handsets.
