Description
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) is an independent charity that supports, develops and promotes the art forms of the moving image by identifying and rewarding excellence, inspiring practitioners and benefiting the public.
BAFTA has embraced games as an art form: it delivered the first annual British Academy Games Awards as a stand-alone ceremony in 2006 and it runs a year-round learning and new talent programme that connects expert practitioners with those looking to start, or progress, their careers in the industry
