Netflix Games adds Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit, The Case of the Golden Idol and more in June

• Annapurna Interactive’s Thirsty Suitors is also set to become available on Netflix Games soon

Netflix has launched four new games for its members this month including Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit, Netflix Stories: Perfect Match, The Case of the Golden Idol, and Hearts. 

Spry Fox's life sim Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit is the studio's first title since it was acquired by the streaming giant in 2022.

Netflix Stories: Perfect Match lets players search for love as a contestant in the reality show, cult favourite The Case of the Golden Idol sees players become an 18th-century detective, while Hearts offers the up the classic card game to Netflix users.

Other titles coming to the service include Outerloop Games and Annapurna Interactive’s Thirsty Suitors. The story-driven game combines turn-based RPG battles, skating, and over-the-top cooking mechanics.

Netflix changes

We recently interviewed Netflix Games VP of external games Leanne Loombe to discuss the company's strategy for its games division, and why the sector remains a "long-term bet" for the streaming giant.

"We are focused on building a portfolio that offers everyone something," said Loombe.

"I often use the analogy that on Netflix, you might watch a whole season of a reality show one day and then watch an Oscar-winning film from Germany the next.

"That’s the same choice we want to offer our members with games. No matter what game you are in the mood for, Netflix has it."
