RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and manage promotional events, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and users growth.
  • Learn and manage the specific marketing platforms and tools used by the company to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Managing the operation of game marketing, including launching new games, managing in-game events, and driving player engagement through marketing tactics.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to identify new market opportunities, develop partner relationships, and support sales initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the gaming industry, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 projects.
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse communities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Passionate about gaming and the Web3 space, with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
